We will charge $2 per printed sheet, with a $10 minimum.  We will waive the fees for less than five pages, for utility companies, for consultants working on MoDOT projects and for local cities or counties. There is no charge for e-mailed PDFs.  The bill will be sent from MoDOT Central office to the business address listed above.
